Remote Support

Online Support
Clients with IT Services Plus Client Access accounts can submit issues for technicians to resolve online using our online ticket system. If you mark the issue as critical a technician will be notified immediately. Our online client system also allows clients to access their invoices, past requests for work, pay online and additional online client services.

Issues can also be submitted by calling (801) 688-0945. Similar to the online support request, if an issue is marked as high priority that needs an immediate response, the technician will be notified and will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
